Below are the board positions we're looking to fill for next year:


Director of Operations:

• Liaison between UCA and UCLA and serve as the organizations representative at university events
• Arrange ASCULA unding and room reservations
• Reserve rooms each quarter for events/meetings
• Manage UCA OrgSync Account

Financial Director:

• Manage all financial aspects of events of the organization including, but not limited to: managing reimbursements, report weekly updates on finances, organize and manage fundraising events

Director of Communication:

• Send out Internship Opportunities to members
• Manage UCA gmail account
• Organize member lists, paperwork and expenses
• RSVP for events
• GoogleDoc for guests at events
• Meeting minutes

Public Relations Coordinator:

• Manage events on Facebook
• Contact ListServs for our events
• Organize Publicity and flyering for events
• Manage relations with members before/after events

Director of Recruitment:

• Manage and collect membership applications
• Organize/attend all fairs for new recruits
• Actively recruit new members via flyering, social media campaigns, etc.

Networking Night Coordinator:

• Invite guests to Networking Night, coordinate speakers.
• Logistical preparations for Networking Night

Design/Marketing Coordinator:

• Update website
• Update blog
• Update facebook page
• Create facebook events

Create flyers Tshirts
